We ship your orders on same day so they reach to our beloved customers on time
• You will receive order tracking details shortly once the order is placed on your mail as well as phone through SMS
• Delivery Time For Domestic Orders: In general, domestic shipments are delivered within 5-7 days’ time (the delivery might take more or less amount of time in rare cases depending upon accessibility of location, time of the year as well as any external uncontrollable factors impacting any region)
• Delivery Time For International Orders: Orders shipped to overseas generally takes 7-12 days’ time depending upon accessibility of the country and your location within the country
• Change Of Delivery Address / Contact Details: For change requests of delivery address or contact information of the recipient, please share the relevant details via email on contact. kridhafashionjaipur@gmail.com and we will coordinate with our logistics partners to update the same
• Expedite / Urgent Delivery Request: To expedite or make an urgent delivery request please reach out to contact. kridhafashionjaipur@gmail.com com and we will give our best to ensure the delivery is done in preferred time frame. This is applicable for any urgency, occasions or any life events.
• Delivery Time Exceeded: We are committed to delivering your orders on time and would try our best to ship the orders timely, as per our promise. We use third party delivery partners, and we are not responsible for delays in delivery post handover of the product. Additionally, in the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we would not be able to guarantee on-time shipment
SHIPPING COSTS 1. Domestic Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India. 2. International Orders: Shipping cost is based on location and is calculated at the time of checkout. Payment for shipping costs will also be collected at the checkout while making a purchase.
CANCELLATIONS If you change your mind after you have placed an order, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, please reach out to us over email and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

STOCK AVAILABILITY We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to ask for your preference and would be glad to support you with whatever decision you take with respect to your order.

DUTIES & TAXES 1. Goods and Service Tax: GST is collected on all domestic orders and is already included in the prices displayed for all products. 2. Import Duties & Taxes: Occasionally, import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies from country to country, and Kridha fashion boutique encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, kridha fashion boutique will not be responsible for non-delivery of orders, and will not be able provide any support.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We at Kridha Fashion Boutique follow very customer friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of any stress or any issues. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, we encourage everyone to read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. Please ask ask for as many questions as you wish to before confirming your order including fabric type, design, measurements, or anything that helps you make your decision. We would love to respond and assist you with ordering. You can simply reach out to us on Calls, Email, Instagram or even Whatsapp. We are just a message away and our team is available 24x7 365 days! When Exchange is not accepted? Exchange - Return not accepted due to color Difference. 10-15% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights. Exchange - Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order. Exchange - Return not accepted due to any other reasons leading to sudden change of mind after placing the order. Exchange Due to Size Issues Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case if you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, please raise an email on kridhafashiojaipur@gmail.com mentioning order number and the details mentioning the issue you are facing within 7 days once you receive your order. Our team will be assisting everyone on case to case basis. Kindly take a note we can not assure you of offering the exchange as it depends upon availability of your size in your design at that time. Additionally, it will involve INR 200 additional charges per item to cover logistics expenses incurred with reverse pick-up and re-dispatch of your order. Exchange Due to Damaged Products It’s extremely unlikely for you to receive damaged / defective or incorrect product, as we have our QC team carefully checking all outfits before dispatching them. However, in rare scenario if you face such issues, we would be happy to assist you with the exchange of the same. Please send us an email on kridhafashiojaipur@gmail.com with details of the issues you are facing along with order opening video for verification purpose along with product images within 7 days once you receive your order. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified – we will notify you of the approval or rejection (along with valid justification). Once it’s approved, we will arrange for the reverse pick up and dispatch a replacement of the same product your way if available. In case it’s not available we would provide you a store credit of the same amount. Validity of credit voucher issued will be of 60 days. Returns / Exchanges For International Orders Kindly note that orders received from overseas are not eligible for returns or exchange.
